Syrah and Mourvèdre are natural partners, having grown together for thousands of years. In this blend, black currant and cherry fruit aromas are balanced with exotic spice and earthy undertones. The wine is smooth with a dry, lingering finish. Perfect alongside the braai.
The wine
This wine is picked early to retain fresh aromas and fermented
in stainless steel and concrete tanks. It is matured for 9 months
after fermentation in oak barrels and concrete tanks.
